Damaged & Defective Items

If your order arrives damaged or defective, you can easily submit a request through our Return Form.

Important: All damaged items must be reported within 3 days of delivery.

If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, you may return it within 30 days of receipt for a refund (excluding shipping and processing fees), provided that:

  • The product has not been used or altered in any way.
  • It must be returned in the original packaging.
  • The product you want to return is not a Sales item.

Return Process

  1. Please use our Return Form to start your return.

  2. We’ll provide return instructions and authorization.

  3. Carefully repackage your merchandise. All items must be returned in their original packaging. All shipping costs, customs fees, duties, and taxes associated with returning merchandise will be at your charge (except in the case of damaged or wrong items received).

  4. Clearly mark your return package as “RETURNED MERCHANDISE” to help avoid additional customs charges.

  5. Please note that original shipping costs are non-refundable.

Important: You are responsible for the safe return of your merchandise. For your protection, we strongly recommend using a shipping service that provides insurance and tracking.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, your refund will be processed to your credit card or original method of payment, and will be visible to you within 5-10 business days.

If a package is refused by you for non-payment of VAT, duties, taxes, or fees, we will only refund the items that are returned to us in good condition.
